Loopamp PURE DNA Extraction Kit

Intended use:  The Loopamp PURE DNA Extraction Kit provides a fast and simple method for extraction and purification of DNA from clinical samples including raw or NALC-NaOH treated sputum. The DNA solution obtained using the Loopamp PURE DNA Extraction Kit is suitable for LAMP-based amplification.

Test principles: This product is based on the nuleic acid amplificaiton method, LAMP (Loop-mediate Isothermal Amplification) developed by Eiken Chemical Co.Ltd.
