Intended use: Loopamp MTBC Detection Kit is a qualitative in vitro diagnostic test for the detection of ycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) DNA extracted from sputum in patients with any symptom indicative of MTBC infection.
Test principles: This product is based on the nuleic acid amplificaiton method, LAMP (Loop-mediate Isothermal Amplification) developed by Eiken Chemical Co.Ltd.
